Truth about Lying in a Relationship

Lying has become so obvious casual matter that nowadays, in our day to day interactions we don’t hesitate , rather are so habitual to half-truth and ignore that it is also a half lie.

There could be multiple reasons of why do we lie at the first place, which may not necessarily be all negative, or to hurt and deceive the other person. Many a times, people lie because they think telling the truth will hurt their loved ones. However, just give it a thought, is it not better to be slapped by the truth then to be kissed with lies.

With such distractions all around us , distrust has become obvious.I don’t want to write about how sometimes, offering truth with selective disclosure or artistically , I can say bending and stretching the truth , or dressing things up to make them sound the way we want them  can be in the interest of everyone .There are many articles and blogs on which can list the circumstances when it is okay to lie.

Though almost in every religion, it is said to be wrong to lie .I wonder what  the use of any man or being is, whose words can’t be trusted.

I believe when a person lie in a relationship the actual culprit behind it is “Ego”. It's important to discover yourself. We are so powerful and intelligent that we don’t even spare ourselves from tricking to believe something which is not true probably we are too scared to face the consequences of believing and standing by the truth.

We all are afraid of aloneness,the terror of which causes vulnerability and sometimes becomes the weakest link from where it gets through and start flowing in our veins so intimately that we don’t recognise it . It means the ability to lie . We need to accept and understand that in reality aloneness is the totality. Once we become comfortable with it and let our-self flow into it , it causes awakening and it is so beautiful. The truth is that most of the time , we are left on our own and we must come out of that old way of thinking that the life is on the verge of chaos.

So there shouldn't be that  need to pursue or lie because the best relationships just happen without much efforts. And they reveal themselves. Beloved is not chosen rather needs to be recognised. Man is for god and Woman is for god too . Consciousness never suffers.

Whenever we trick ourselves to lie, somewhere deep inside our mind it says that we don’t want to do it,but we do and we suffer.

So what to write more on this. No matter how cautious you are you will get caught.
